Mode of Action:
Calcium Chloride is essential for the formation of skeletons and the regulation of neural transmission, muscle contraction and coagulation of the blood. Chloride is required for regulating intracellular osmotic pressure and buffering.

Potassium is the major cation (positive ion) inside animal cell. Potassium is also an essential mineral needed to regulate water balance, blood pressure and levels of acidity.
 
Magnesium is the second most plentiful cation of the intracellular fluids. It is essential for the activity of many enzyme systems and plays an important role with regard to neurochemical transmission and muscular excitability.
  • has a primary role in regulating extracellular fluid volume. It controls water distribution, fluid and electrolyte balance and the osmotic pressure of body fluids. Sodium is also involved in nerve conduction, muscle contraction, acid-base balance and cell nutrient uptake.

Valine, Leucine and Isoleucine. This group of essential amino acids are identified as the branched-chain amino acids, BCAAs. The branched-chain amino acids may have antihepatic encephalopathy activity in some. They may also have anticatabolic and antitardive dyskinesia activity.
L-Lysine: Lysine is an amino acid that is thought to compete with  arginine for incorporation into many herpes viruses. As it is believed that arginine is required for producing infective viral particles, when lysine is incorporated, the virus becomes less infective
Niacinamide: Niacin binds to Nicotinate D-ribonucleotide phyrophsopate phosphoribosyltransferase, Nicotinic Acid phosphoribosyltransferase, Nicotinate N-methyltransferase and the Niacin receptor. Niacin is the precursor to Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) and Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide Phosphate (NADP), which are vital cofactors for dozens of enzymes.
